Application3~Fcontrol Basic, FXDM ... AM
FeaturesIB=14,0 A
Functional principleThe 3~ Fcontrol frequency inverters with all-pole sine filter and integrated display are available as speed controllers. The speed can be set by a higher-level control system via 0-10/10-0 V, e.g. by a ZIEHL-ABEGG control module from the UNIcon product family. The speed can be set manually by connecting a potentiometer. The frequency inverters control asynchronous motors (external rotor motors, IEC standard motors) in a motor-friendly, demand-orientated and energy-saving manner.
Functional descriptionAdvantages offered by frequency inverters: - Operation without shielded motor cables - The cable length is not limited by the Fcontrol - Operation without electromagnetic motor noise (ideal for noise-sensitive areas) - No risk to motors (these do not have to be for frequency inverters), as they are supplied with sinusoidal voltage corresponding to the mains voltage. Equipment/features: Integrated all-pole effective sinusoidal filter: phase to phase and phase to protective conductor. Therefore sinusoidal output voltage. Typical frequency inverter measures such as shielded motor cable are not required. LC multifunction display with plain text display: Setting of desired values: speeds, motor parameters. Display of modulation, operating states, etc. 2 analogue input for speed setting: Analogue input E1: Setting via jumper to desired preset signal: 10-0 V or PWM. 2 digital input: D1 + D2 V Integrated motor protection function: Connection option for thermostat switch ‘TB’ or temperature sensor ‘TP’.
Technical data3~400 V, 50/60 Hz, IP 54, 8,7 kg, Bemessungs-Temp. 40°C, max. Umgebungstemp. 55°C
